Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or “the customer”) at Charlie Tells AB, company no. 559045-6868, hereinafter referred to as "Charlie Tells", “us” or "we", on the Charlie Tells website, charlietells.com.
By using charlietells.com, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this document ("Terms"). Make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
The fact that products or services are provided at charlietells.com at a given time does not constitute a guarantee that these products or services are always available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.
We reserve the right to change these Terms as needed without prior notice. The version of the Terms that apply to your order is the version available at charlietells.com at the time you place your order.
2. Personal Data
Charlie Tells, is the personal data controller for the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
3.1. Contract and confirmation of order
When you place an order on charlietells.com, a binding agreement is created when Charlie Tells confirms the order by way of an order confirmation that appears on your screen after payment has been made. A copy of the confirmation will also be sent to the e-mail address you have entered to place your order.
3.2. Pricing and currency
All prices at charlietells.com are shown in SEK.
All prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs.
Prices given on the date when you place an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process.
When you order from charlietells.com, we accept the following means of payment.
4.1. Debit-/Credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch. Charlie Tells does not add any additional charges for card payments. All payments that are conducted with a debit-/ or credit card are made via our secure Payment Service Provider Stripe.
You can choose to pay against invoice up to 14 days from the date of order. When paying by invoice, an additional SEK 29, will be charged. Invoicing is handled in cooperation with Klarna and is currently only offered in Sweden.
PayPal is a service that enables you to pay and accept payments without revealing your financial information to the online shop. PayPal secures your information and protects the purchase. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page to complete the payment of the order.
5.1 Delivery date
Charlie Tells aims to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Our goal is to deliver within 2-5 business days after we have received and confirmed your order, unless otherwise agreed. Although we aim to deliver within announced time frame, delivery may, due to unexpected events, take longer. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
5.2. Delivery with PostNord
The order will be sent with PostNord to the nearest postal office for customer pickup. The customer can pick up an order 14 days from the date of the notification received by e-mail or SMS. For all packages not picked up, Charlie Tells reserves the right to charge you SEK 120 for incurred return delivery expenses.
A delivery cost of SEK 49 is added to all orders sent with PostNord.
5.3. Delivery with UPS
The customer receives his/her order to the nearest UPS Access Point office for customer pickup. The customer can pick up an order 10 days from the date of the notification received by e-mail or SMS. For all packages not picked up, Charlie Tells reserves the right to charge you SEK 200 for incurred return delivery expenses.
A delivery cost of at least SEK 100 is added to orders within the EU delivered with UPS depending on shipping alternative.
6. Right to withdrawal
In accordance with The Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
Please notify your decision to cancel your order in writing before the end of the cancellation period to email@example.com.
Your money will be refunded after you have returned the goods to us.
7. Exchanges and returns
7.1 Return Policy
Charlie Tells offers a 14-day return policy which means that you can return items you have ordered up to 14 days from the date you have received your order, provided that the items are unused and are in their original condition. Sale items cannot be returned and are not exchangeable.
If you want to make an exchange, please return the items first and then place a new order online.
7.2. Condition of the goods
Charlie Tells guarantees a full refund or, if you prefer, replacement of returned goods, provided all items are returned in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. This means that the goods must not be damaged, soiled, washed, changed or worn (other than for testing the product) and that the labels are intact.
We reserve the right to deduct any value depreciation if you have handled the product to a greater extent than necessary.
7.3. Return shipping label
If you wish to return one or more items, please send an e-mail stating your reason to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Shipping Label and the prepaid Return Address Label. Please enter your order number, personal information and product name in the e-mail and we will reply as soon as possible.
7.4. Postal return
To return the unwanted items by postal services, please send the items together with the Delivery Return Form and the prepaid Return Shipping Label, se section 7.3 above.
If the item comes in any kind of packaging, it should be in the same package when returned.
You will be refunded for the value of the returned goods, by the same payment method as you used when paying. A return shipping charge of SEK 49 will be deducted from your return value.
As soon as we have received your return we will make the refund. Please note that it takes up to 10 working days for the money to arrive back to your account depending on chosen payment method.
Charlie Tells suggests that you retain evidence of posting or proof of shipment and the tracking number until the purchase price has been refunded. The customer is responsible for the transport risk.
7.5. Postal return order paid with invoice
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit invoice. You will then be able to deduct the return amount, i.e. the value of the returned goods and add the return charge (SEK 49) plus the invoice charge (SEK 29) when the payment is made.
Charlie Tells carefully inspects each product before delivery to you. Should the product nevertheless be defective or incorrect when it arrives, we kindly request that you inform us without delay by sending your complaint to email@example.com.
For goods we consider to be defective or otherwise not according to your order, Charlie Tells will makes a full refund. When we have approved your complaint, you will be asked to return the item in accordance with Section 7 above. Provided that you use the prepaid Return Shipping Label sent by us, we will pay the return delivery cost.
The provisions herein do not limit any of your statutory rights.
We strive to showcase our products, composition and colors, as accurately as possible. However, the color you see on charlietells.com is dependent on your computer screen and we cannot guarantee that your computer can visually reproduce colors properly.
Charlie Tells reserves the right to transfer or pledge payment claims to third parties, including installments incurred in connection with the delivery of the goods.
11. Holder of Rights
All intellectual property rights at charlietells.com belong to Charlie Tells. Any use of charlietells.com or its content, including copying or storage of such content in whole or in part thereof, other than for your own personal non-commercial use, is prohibited without permission from Charlie Tells.
