Terms and Conditions
1. General
The following terms apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") at Charlie Tells AB (org. no. 559045-6868), hereinafter referred to as "Charlie Tells", "us" or "we", at Charlie Tells website charlietells.com.
By using charlietells.com, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this document (the "Terms"). Make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.The provision of products or services on charlietells.com at any given time does not guarantee that those products or services will always be available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.
We reserve the right to change these terms as necessary, without prior notice to you. The version of the terms and conditions that apply to your order is the version available on carlietells.com at the time you place your order.
2. Personal Data Management
The Swedish company, Charlie Tells, is responsible for the personal data you send to us and is responsible for your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Charlie Tells does not disclose personal information to third parties, except in cases where it is a service to the customer (such as arranging delivery of orders to the customer).
3. Buy
3.1 Agreement and confirmation of order
When ordering on charlietells.com, an agreement is entered into when Charlie Tells has confirmed the order, order confirmation is displayed on your screen when the payment is completed. A copy of this will also be sent to the email address you provided to place your order.
3.2 Pricing and Currency
All prices on Charlie Tell's online shop are displayed in SEK.
Prices quoted on charlietells.com include statutory VAT, and exclude shipping costs.
The prices shown when the customer places their order apply throughout the order process.
4. Payment
When the customer orders from Charlie Tell's shop, you can choose between the following payment methods.
4.1 Bank / Credit Cards
The customer can pay with a bank / credit card issued by VISA, Mastercard or American Express. Charlie Tells does not charge extra for card payments. The purchase is verified through secure servers where the customer accepts their payment.
4.2 Invoice
You can choose to pay by invoice up to 14 days from the date of order. When paying with an invoice, a fee of SEK 29 will be added. This is done in collaboration with Klarna and that service can only be used by customers in Sweden.
4.3 PayPal
Pay quickly and securely using PayPal. By paying with PayPal, your card or account information is never disclosed to Charlie Tells but is protected and stored by PayPal's secure servers.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Date
5.2. Standard delivery with PostNord
The customer receives his order sent with PostNord to the nearest postal agent. The customer has the right to redeem the package 14 days from the time the notification is sent via e-mail or SMS.For all packages that are not redeemed, Charlie Tells reserves the right to charge the Customer SEK 120 for Charlie Tells' costs incurred for return shipping, handling fee
Shipping cost of 49 SEK will be added to all orders sent with PostNord.
5.3. Delivery by UPS
The customer receives his order sent to the nearest UPS agent for collection. The customer has the right to redeem the package 10 days from the notification being sent via e-mail or SMS. For all packages that are not redeemed, Charlie Tells reserves the right to charge the Customer SEK 200 for Charlie Tells' incurred costs for return shipping.
Shipping cost of at least SEK 100 will be added to all orders within the EU sent by UPS depending on delivery choice.
6. Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, the customer has a right of withdrawal and exchange of 14 days.
Notify your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal in writing before the end of the withdrawal period to shop@charlietells.com.
Refund will be made when the customer has returned the goods to us.
7. Right of exchange and open purchase
7.1 Return Policy
If you want to make a change, please return the items first and then place a new order online.
7.2 Condition of the goods
We reserve the right to deduct depreciation if you have handled the product to a greater extent than necessary.
7.3 Return Shipping Note
If you wish to return more than one or more items, send the reason for the change to shop@charlietells.com to receive a return shipping note and the prepaid return address label. Please provide the order number, personal information and product name in the email and we will respond as soon as we can.
7.4 Return by mail
We return by post, please send the goods together with the return shipping note and the prepaid return address label, see 7.3 above.
If the product comes in any kind of packaging, it must be in the same packaging when it is returned.
The customer is refunded for the value of the goods returned with the same payment method that you used for payment. A return shipping cost of 49 sec is deducted from your return value.
As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the amount. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the money to be in your bank account, depending on the payment method chosen.
Charlie Tells suggests that you keep proof of your return and tracking number until the purchase is fully refunded. The customer bears the transport risk.
7.5 Return of order paid against invoice
Upon receipt of a receipt for your return, we will issue a credit invoice. You will then deduct the return amount, i.e. the value of the returned goods and add the return shipping (SEK 39) plus the invoice fee (SEK 29) when the payment is made.
7.6 Damage
Charlie Tells do a quality check before they leave our warehouse and are sent to a customer. Should the item nevertheless be broken or defective when it arrives, please send a complaint to shop@charlietells.com without delay.
For items that we deem to be defective, Charlie Tells will make a full refund.Once Charlie Tells has approved your complaint, we ask you to return the item in accordance with section 8 above. Charlie Tells is responsible for the shipping cost that arises if you use the prepaid return shipping note that we send.
The provisions herein do not limit the applicable statutory rights.
7.7 Condition of the goods

For items that we deem to be defective, Charlie Tells will make a full refund. Once Charlie Tells has approved your complaint, we ask you to return the item in accordance with section 7 above. Charlie Tells is responsible for the shipping cost incurred if you use the prepaid return shipping note we send.
The provisions herein do not limit the applicable statutory rights.
9. Colors
We strive to display the properties of our products in the most accurate way possible, including composition and colors. However, the color you see on charlietells.com depends on your computer screen, and we can not guarantee that your computer can visually reproduce colors correctly.
10. Transfer
Charlie Tells reserves the right to transfer or pledge payment claims to third parties, including installments that have arisen in connection with the delivery of the goods.
11. Rights holder
All intellectual property rights in charlietells.com are the property of Charlie Tells. Any use of charlietells.com or its contents, including the copying or storage of such content in its entirety or portions thereof, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Charlie Tells.
